After working your muscles relentlessly, they need some recovery! Remember the growth equation:

So we have to let our bodies recover in order to get stronger! The recovery tool market is wild right now, with massage guns, foam rollers, and other torture tools all claiming to make your tight muscles loosen or fix your pain. These can be really helpful in fixing the asymmetric and knots of your body. But what tools help in what situations?
